职位概况
负责公司数字平台的整体运营，提升目标客户活跃度和满意度，制定并执行年度活动与内容策略，推动跨部门协作，实现客户忠诚度提升。
主要职责
- 统筹数字平台运营，监控客户活跃度与满意度。
- 依据运营目标制定年度活动及内容策略，配合销售团队落地执行。
- 梳理客户结构，构建画像与分层标准，制定差异化运营方案。
- 调研行业及品类，发现客户需求，持续优化平台服务。
- 分析业务及行为数据，识别运营痛点并提出改进方案，沉淀标杆案例与方法论。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网或品牌企业B端/C端运营经验。
- 具备医美、消费医疗或美妆行业背景者优先。
- 优秀的数据敏感度、业务洞察力和创新能力。
- 出色的跨部门沟通协作能力，能够整合资源高效推进。
- 学习能力强，具备团队精神，抗压能力佳，责任心强。
