职位概况
负责公司大客户市场的开拓与维护，建立并优化客户关系管理体系，制定并执行销售策略，完成业绩指标。
主要职责
- 开拓大客户市场，维护长期合作关系。
- 制定大客户销售计划并推动落实。
- 协调内部资源，推动跨部门合作，提高服务满意度。
- 分析市场动态与客户需求，为产品改进提供支持。
任职要求
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限，有销售或管理经验者优先。
- 具备良好沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够独立开展业务拓展。
- 责任心强，抗压能力佳，适应快节奏工作环境。
- 对销售管理工作有热情，愿意长期发展。
