职位概况
负责公司保险及理财客户在社区的服务规划与销售，提升社区居民的保险保障意识，推动产品推广，完成个人业绩目标。
主要职责
- 策划并执行社区保险及理财产品的宣传活动，提升品牌知名度。
- 维护并拓展社区合作伙伴关系，实现资源共享。
- 收集并分析社区居民需求，持续优化服务内容。
- 推动社区保险产品的销售，达成个人销售指标。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
- 熟悉社区服务行业，有相关工作经验者优先。
- 具备较强的组织协调能力，能够独立开展工作。
- 了解保险产品知识，具备一定的销售技巧。
- 具有强烈的责任心和服务意识，适应社区运营工作节奏。
