职位概况
负责工厂内机械、电气设备的日常维护与维修，确保设备安全、稳定运行，支持生产线高效运转。
主要职责
- 执行设备的日常保养、计划性维修及突发故障抢修。
- 协助生产设备的机械/电气调试及工艺改进。
- 根据需求进行小型零件加工和技术改造。
- 定期巡检并记录维修情况，确保资料完整归档。
- 执行5S管理，参与制定并遵守维修SOP，提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上学历，机械或电气专业优先。
- 2年以上相关维修工作经验。
- 具备电工证（电气维修岗位）。
- 能够阅读机械、电气图纸。
- 具备良好的质量、安全和团队合作意识。
