职位概况
我们正在寻找具备丰富经验的资深建筑设计师，负责从概念设计到施工图的全流程设计工作，推动项目高质量交付。
主要职责
- 与设计合伙人、项目建筑师或项目经理紧密协作，推进项目各阶段设计。
- 主导或支持设计深化，管理初级设计师及模型师。
- 统筹并指导日常设计工作，完成概念设计、施工图及高质量三维模型。
- 制作分析图、设计图纸及汇报材料，协调顾问、业主、承包商及政府审批机构。
任职要求
- 建筑学专业学位，至少7年建筑设计相关工作经验，具备完整项目经验。
- 熟练使用Revit、AutoCAD、Rhino及Adobe Suite，熟悉Grasshopper与V-Ray/Enscape者优先。
- 熟悉建筑材料、设计规范、审批流程及施工工艺。
- 中英文听说读写流利，工作主动，具备团队合作精神。
- 具备已建成并发表的项目经验，有国际事务所或跨国项目经验者优先。
