撰写国家级、省部级重点研发计划及荣誉资质申报材料，支撑项目评审答辩。
研读科技政策与申报指南，匹配公司核心技术优势与政策支持方向。
跟踪行业前沿技术动态，输出技术图谱与竞争分析报告，支撑研发决策。

任职要求

理工科博士学历，发表高水平论文或参与重大科研项目者优先。
熟悉政府科技计划申报书、可研报告写作规范，能够高质量输出汇报材料。
结构化思维强，善于阐释复杂技术问题，具备跨部门沟通协作能力。
