职位概况
负责银行人工电话呼叫服务，处理客户来电及少量外呼，提供售后咨询与问题解决，无营销压力，工作时间轮班制。
主要职责
- 接听客户来电（约占80%），解答业务疑问。
- 主动外呼（约占20%），跟进客户需求。
- 记录通话信息，提交业务报告。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，男女不限，专业不限。
- 具备客服经验者优先，应届本科生亦可。
- 能够接受轮班调休。
必备技能
- 良好的语言表达与沟通能力。
- 熟练使用办公软件进行信息录入。
