职位概况

负责公司全价值链的财务规划与内控，搭建财务共享中心，推动财务体系信息化建设。

主要职责

针对不同产品线进行全价值链财务规划，提升运营效率。
重塑财务内控机制，包括预算管理、采购、存货、授权审批矩阵等。
建立财务共享中心，负责核算合规、纳税筹划、资金安全。
推动SAP、WMS、SRM等系统业务优化，确保数据真实准确。
搭建全面预算、全生命周期成本模型及管报体系，支撑业务决策。
建设财务梯队，明确团队成员职业规划与晋升通道。
