职位概况
负责车联网项目的整体管理，包括组织结构搭建、进度、成本、质量控制以及与客户的沟通协调。
主要职责
- 构建并管理项目组织结构，协调项目成员及相关方关系。
- 负责立项，组织技术方案评审，制定并跟踪项目计划。
- 管理项目成本，编制预算并执行监控。
- 跟踪项目进度、成本、质量，确保里程碑达成。
- 向管理层及客户汇报项目状态和风险。
- 维护客户关系，管理需求变更，组织项目验收。
