职位概况
负责依据公司战略搭建并运营培训体系，统筹人才规划与培训项目，推动内部人才梯队建设，提升组织学习能力。
主要职责
- 依据公司总体战略设计培训体系并进行资源整合与运作管理。
- 开展人才需求调研，制定年度人才规划，搭建业务及职能部门人才梯队选拔培养体系。
- 组织内部人才盘点，落实盘点结果的应用。
- 根据业务发展需求，开发培训课程并整合内外部资源，制定并执行年度、季度、月度培训计划。
- 选拔、培养内部培训师，提供咨询指导，提升培训质量与效果。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上培训工作经验，快消行业经验优先。
- 具备课程设计与开发能力，能够独立授课并拥有授课技巧。
- 学习能力强，具备组织协调、沟通表达及思维敏捷等综合能力。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint等办公软件。
- 有人才发展相关经验。
必备技能
- PowerPoint（PPT）熟练使用
