职位概况
负责 TikTok Shop 国际电商业务岗位的招聘交付，独立制定并执行招聘策略，提升招聘效率。
主要职责
- 支持国际电商业务岗位的招聘交付。
- 独立对接业务团队，制定并执行招聘策略。
- 分析不同招聘渠道的适配性，找出最优渠道组合。
- 推动项目岗位的整体招聘流程，沉淀招聘工具及最佳实践。
- 独立与用人经理合作，完成招聘项目及市场调研。
- 基于招聘漏斗数据进行分析，提出改进方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，英语口语可作为工作语言。
- 2-4 年招聘工作经验，具备非技术、非销售岗位招聘经验者优先。
- 熟练使用招聘漏斗并成功解决招聘问题。
- 具备高效交付招聘结果的经验与能力。
- 优秀的沟通表达、自主学习和批判性思维能力。
