职位概况
负责制定并落地公司人力资源战略，搭建完整的人事管理体系，推动组织绩效提升，保障劳资关系和谐。
主要职责
- 制定并执行公司人力资源战略规划。
- 建立招聘、培训、绩效等全流程管理体系。
- 推动组织绩效变革，提升整体效能。
- 负责员工关系与劳资关系管理。
- 为公司重大项目提供HR支持。
任职要求
- 年龄30-45岁，具制造业或线缆行业背景。
- 10年以上HR管理经验，5年以上部门负责人经验。
- 熟悉国家劳动法律法规及现代HR管理模式。
- 优秀的组织协调、沟通及团队管理能力。
- 具备战略思维和问题解决能力。
- 有HR体系建设或组织绩效变革经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉劳动法律法规。
- 了解HR管理体系建设。
