职位概况

负责泉州崇武西沙湾假日酒店西餐厅的整体运营管理，带领团队完成接待任务和经营指标，提升客人满意度。

主要职责

制定年、月度工作计划并组织落实。
主持部门例会，上传下达指令。
制定并督导执行餐厅规章制度。
监督排班、服务运转及客房预定情况。
处理客人投诉，收集并改进服务意见。
协调前后场工作，确保厨房与餐厅配合顺畅。
考核下属工作表现，进行绩效评估。

任职要求

年龄25-38岁。
熟练的计算机操作能力。
