职位概况
负责肿瘤细胞治疗临床项目中高净值患者的多学科会诊统筹及全周期回访管理，确保方案落地并遵循GCP规范。
主要职责
- 配合临床团队开展肿瘤细胞治疗项目，统筹MDT全流程。
- 整理病历、对接专家、排期并跟进会诊方案落实。
- 负责高净值受试患者的线上线下随访、健康教育、情绪疏导并建立档案。
- 对接专家、医院、家属，及时上报不良事件并协调诊疗问题。
- 常驻北京，接受1-2天短期出差支持会诊和回访。
任职要求
- 服务意识强，具备高端医患沟通与资源协调能力。
- 临床医学、护理或检验等医学相关专业。
- 2年以上临床医学或临床试验经验，熟悉GCP；有肿瘤高端患者会诊统筹经验者优先。
- 抗压能力强，熟练使用Office，具备文书整理和患者隐私保密意识。

- Microsoft Office
- GCP规范
