负责分支行的日常柜台业务及系统操作，确保交易准确、合规并提供高质量的客户服务。
主要职责
- 办理柜台交易并进行系统处理，遵循银行内部及外部规章制度。
- 维护业务操作的准确性、合规性和完整性。
- 协助分支行实现业务目标，推动成本优化方案。
- 坚持以客户为中心，提供一线优质服务，提升客户满意度。
- 配合监管审查，落实内部控制和风险管理要求。
任职要求
- 了解并遵守当地法律法规及渣打银行内部政策。
- 具备审慎勤勉的工作态度，能够在团队或个人岗位上履行职责。
- 能够识别并纠正不符合规范的操作。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
