职位概况
负责公司生产与办公区域的公用工程与设施系统（污水处理、除臭、暖通空调、供水、供电等）的安全、稳定和高效运行，确保能源与环境保障。
主要职责
- 监控并检查污水处理厂、暖通空调、除臭系统、电力供应和供水系统，开展日常维护和故障排除。
- 执行预防性维护并在SAP系统中登记记录，跟踪运行参数并报告异常。
- 协助设备安装、调试、验收，支持施工期间的技术交接与系统标准化。
- 遵守电气、机械及环境安全标准，参与EHS培训与隐患整改。
- 支持技术升级、节能和自动化改进项目，协助现场承包商监督并更新检查清单、SOP和资产台账。
任职要求
- 具备公用工程设施运行与维护经验，能够确保系统安全、稳定运行。
- 熟悉污水处理、暖通空调、除臭及供电供水系统的基本原理。
- 了解EHS安全规范，能够进行现场风险识别与整改。
必备技能
- SAP系统操作与维护记录登记
