职位概况
我们正在招聘客服专员，负责C端顾客的社群管理与日常沟通，提供专业的客户服务体验。
主要职责
- C端顾客社群管理，提升用户活跃度。
- 维护微信顾客，及时响应客户需求。
- 根据回访周期和话术进行私信回访，确保客户满意度。
- 处理订单相关事务，保证订单顺畅执行。
- 完成上级交代的其他工作事项。
任职要求
- 熟练使用WPS办公软件。
- 具备较强的执行力和责任心。
必备技能
- WPS Office 操作能力
