职位概况
负责舍弗勒智能装备业务流程中的数据流分析与平台建设，利用 Microsoft Power BI 与 Azure 环境，为业务决策提供可视化报表和数据模型。
主要职责
- 梳理业务数据流，识别关键数据源和分析场景。
- 使用 Power BI 开发、维护并优化仪表板和分析报表。
- 与业务方沟通需求，明确报表指标、结构和交付优先级。
- 在敏捷团队中推进需求细化、迭代交付和问题跟踪。
- 在 SQL Server 与 Azure 上构建数据模型、表、视图及相关对象。
- 搭建跨系统数据管道，编写 MSSQL 存储过程，实现数据处理和报表自动刷新。
- 优化业务单元的自动化流程，提升数据质量和处理效率。
任职要求
- 本科及以上理工科专业，具备5 年以上数据仓库或商业智能开发经验。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft SQL Server 与 T‑SQL，能够编写复杂查询和存储过程。
- 精通 Power BI，熟悉 DAX 与 Power Query 的数据建模和报表开发。
- 了解 Microsoft Azure 数据服务，具备 Data Factory 等云端集成经验。
