职位概况
本岗位为博世集团在杭州的生产班长储备岗位，面向2023-2026届应届毕业生，提供系统化培训，培养为产线基层管理人才，需接受倒班工作制。
主要职责
- 依据生产计划组织人员、设备、物料等资源，确保保质保量完成交付任务。
- 落实现场标准化管理，确保操作符合工艺标准。
- 响应产线异常，快速处理并跟进，保障生产顺畅。
- 组织早会，复盘当日工作，推动问题闭环和持续改进。
- 识别并评估安全风险，落实安全改进措施。
- 依据质量管理机制进行过程质量监管和检测。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，2024-2026届应届生优先，专业涉及生产管理、机械、机电、电气、工业工程、智能制造等。
- 踏实负责，学习意愿强，愿意从一线现场成长。
- 具备良好沟通、组织协调和团队协作能力。
- 能够接受三班或两班倒的倒班制度。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件。
- 愿意学习并使用SAP、MES等工厂系统。
