职位概况
我们在石家庄裕华区招聘线上客服，负责通过电话及互联网平台为客户提供咨询与问题解决。工作时间全职，提供4000-9000元/月的薪酬。
主要职责
- 使用公司平台解答客户疑问，线上处理问题。
- 配合技术团队和销售团队，提升服务质量和业绩。
任职要求
- 声音甜美，普通话标准，具备良好沟通表达能力。
- 年龄18-25岁，大专及以上学历，应届毕业生优先。
- 具备执行力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练操作办公自动化设备。
- 熟悉OA办公系统软件的使用。
