职位概况
负责客房预订信息录入、核对及系统更新，确保订单准确及时；协助客人入住登记、退房结算及房态维护，支持酒店运营顺畅。
主要职责
- 录入并核对客房预订信息，及时更新PMS系统。
- 办理客人入住登记、退房结算，维护房态信息。
- 整理归档排房表、交接记录、维修单等文档。
- 接收并转达客人需求、投诉，协调相关部门跟进。
- 协助完成月度客房报表统计、基础数据分析及日常行政支持。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、文秘等相关专业优先。
- 1年以上酒店前厅、客房或行政类工作经验。
- 熟悉酒店PMS系统操作优先。
- 普通话标准，具备基本英语读写能力者更佳。
必备技能
- 酒店PMS系统使用能力。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel等Office办公软件。
