职位概况
负责酒店厨房的蔬菜处理工作，确保食材新鲜、卫生，配合厨房团队降低成本，工作地点位于广州南沙区横沥岛。
主要职责
- 对腐烂、变质的蔬菜坚决退货，降低成本。
- 清洗各类蔬菜，提高蔬菜出净率。
- 保持蔬菜新鲜，确保食材质量。
- 节约使用蔬菜边角料，避免浪费。
- 保持工作区域干净整洁。
任职要求
- 具备责任心，能吃苦耐劳，工作细致耐心。
- 身体健康，精力充沛，年龄18-45岁。
- 有国际联号或国内管理公司工作经历者优先。
- 具备一般的计算机操作能力。
