职位概况
负责四季酒店深圳泳池的安全保障及泳技教学，提供高水平的宾客服务，确保泳池设施整洁有序。
主要职责
- 保障泳池客人的人身安全，进行救生监护。
- 提供游泳教学及组织泳池活动，如泳课、游戏、比赛。
- 执行泳池规则，处理化学药剂的安全存储与使用。
- 负责泳池日常检查、开闭档检查表，保持场区整洁。
- 接待宾客需求，处理投诉，协助预订泳池相关服务。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历。
- 具备泳池安全或游泳教学经验。
- 具备良好的沟通与服务意识，能够与同事协作。
- 能够正确使用并安全管理泳池化学品。
必备技能
- 救生与急救基本技能。
- 游泳教学能力。
- 泳池设施检查与维护。
