职位概况
负责在深圳四季酒店开拓并管理餐饮业务，制定并执行营销计划，实现餐饮收入目标，提升客房收入和活动满意度。
主要职责
- 主动寻找并获取各类餐饮商机，完成业务签约。
- 为潜在客户设计创意菜单方案并进行展示。
- 策划、组织并执行团体活动及会议餐饮服务。
- 达成年度餐饮收入预算，控制餐饮成本，提升客房 RevPAR。
- 确保活动主办方满意，推动酒店整体业绩。
任职要求
- 具备餐饮或酒店行业销售经验，熟悉商务宴会运作。
- 能够独立判断并做出决策，具备较强的沟通与谈判能力。
- 了解酒店营销计划及预算管理。
必备技能
- 餐饮业务拓展与客户开发能力。
- 菜单策划与呈现能力。
- 成本控制与收入分析能力。
