职位概况
负责猪场整体运营与管理，组建团队，落实生物安全，确保猪群健康并实现生产目标。
主要职责
- 组建并管理猪场管理团队，运用人力资源管理知识。
- 执行并监督全场生物安全制度。
- 分解经营目标，管理、分析并改进生产数据。
- 制定并落实月度生产、销售、消耗、费用等计划。
- 严格成本控制，提高生产效率，确保费用在预算内。
- 建立安全制度并组织安全培训，保障安全生产。
- 遵守事业部及当地监管部门规章，确保合法合规运营。
任职要求
- 2年以上2000头以上现代化猪场全盘管理经验。
- 熟悉现代化猪场生产流程及管理要点，具备生物安全管理意识。
- 具备通用管理、生产管理和人力资源管理能力。
- 大专及以上学历。
必备技能
- 电脑操作与信息系统应用能力。
