职位概况
负责组建并管理猪场团队，落实生物安全制度，确保猪群健康，制定并执行生产计划，实现成本控制和安全生产。
主要职责
- 组建猪场管理团队，运用人力资源管理知识。
- 执行生物安全制度，保障猪群健康。
- 分解经营目标，管理、分析并改进生产数据。
- 制定并落实月度生产、销售、消耗、开支等计划。
- 严格成本控制，提高生产效率，控制费用在预算内。
- 建立安全制度并组织安全培训，确保安全生产。
- 遵守事业部及当地主管部门规章制度，确保合法合规运营。
任职要求
- 2年以上2000头以上规模现代猪场全面负责经验。
- 熟悉现代化猪场生产流程及管理要点，具备生物安全管理意识。
- 具备通用管理能力、生产管理能力和人力资源管理能力。
- 大专及以上学历。
必备技能
- 熟练使用电脑进行信息系统操作。
