负责根据市场需求策划并实施美容产品培训，提升品牌影响力，提供技术支持，协助新品上市及品牌推广。
主要职责
- 依据市场需求制定并执行美容产品培训计划。
- 收集并反馈销售难点，提供解决方案，维护品牌形象。
- 解答营销人员的产品咨询，提供技术支持。
- 配合产品推广、品牌建设及新品上市，进行产品示范和培训。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上化妆品行业相关工作经验。
- 性格开朗，具备良好职业形象。
- 具备优秀的演讲、沟通、应变及亲和力。
必备技能
- 产品培训策划与执行能力。
- 市场需求分析与解决方案制定。
- 技术支持与产品咨询解答。
- 演讲与沟通协调技巧。
