职位概况

负责机场店日常运营，提供符合品牌形象的优质客户服务，维护舒适的购物环境。

主要职责

参与店铺日常运营工作。
为顾客提供专业的咨询与服务，保持良好的购物氛围。
维护并拓展现有及潜在客户关系。
及时向顾客传递新品、服务及品牌变动信息。
处理顾客咨询与投诉，记录并汇报销售数据。
完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求

至少两年高端时尚、奢侈品或同类零售经验，拥有机场工作经验者优先。
热爱零售行业，具备良好的销售技巧。
普通话流利，具备英语或法语沟通能力者优先。
