在汇丰环球客户服务（广东）有限公司担任客户服务代表，主要通过电话、邮件和实时通讯为信用卡及银行业务客户提供咨询与问题解决。
主要职责
- 受理并解答客户关于信用卡、银行服务、线上理财及付款等业务的咨询。
- 了解客户需求，推荐合适的产品和服务，达成预期效果。
- 根据实际情况提供合理方案，解决客户疑难，提升满意度。
任职要求
- 具备良好的客户服务意识，愿意从事客服工作。
- 粤语流利，思路清晰，语言表达能力强，善于沟通。
- 具备一定的英语读写能力，能够接受轮班安排。
- 具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用电话、邮件及实时通讯等客服工具。
