职位概况
负责苏州工厂胶囊制造机的日常保养、维修与故障排除，确保设备高效运行、产量提升并降低废品率。
主要职责
- 执行胶囊机的日检、周检、季度及半年度预防性检修。
- 更换自动头、模针润滑管、刀具、脱模钳等关键部件。
- 检查并调整胶囊长度，确保在受控范围内。
- 处理机器故障导致的废品问题，必要时协同高级机修工完成维修。
- 保持工作场所整洁，记录维修日志并向机修主管汇报。
任职要求
- 中专或大专以上学历，机电相关专业。
- 2年以上工厂机械维修经验。
- 接受三班倒工作制。
必备技能
- 胶囊制造机维护与保养。
- 预防性检修与机械故障诊断。
- 自动头更换及胶囊长度调整。
