职位概况
负责酒店宾客迎送、引导及行李协助，提供专业、友善、及时的礼宾服务。
主要职责
- 办理访客登记、叫车预约、票务代办等日常礼宾事务。
- 为宾客提供信息咨询、物品寄存等服务。
- 主动识别宾客需求，协同前厅、客房、安保等部门提供个性化服务。
任职要求
- 中等职业教育学历，旅游服务、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 1 年以上酒店、会所或大型商业综合体前台/礼宾工作经验。
- 形象端正，普通话标准，具备良好沟通表达和应变能力。
- 能适应轮班制工作，无不良从业记录。
必备技能
- 熟悉礼宾服务标准与操作流程。
- 具备基础英语交流能力者优先。
