职位概况
负责公司成本核算、财务报告、税务管理及内部控制，支持重大项目决策，提升财务运营效率。
主要职责
- 负责月度、季度、年度结账，编制单体及合并财务报表。
- 定期稽核资产财务管理状况，完善财务制度和内控流程。
- 开展财务分析，提供运营数据报告，为管理层决策提供依据。
- 税务合规稽核，制定税务筹划方案，维护与税务机关的沟通。
- 优化财务流程，建设内控体系，监控运营风险。
- 培养税务专案人才，推动跨部门协作，支持项目投资决策。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上，会计、财务管理、税务或审计专业。
- 至少3年制造业总账核算经验，有企业税务管理经验者优先。
- 熟练使用财务软件及办公软件，掌握会计准则和税收法规。
- 具备流利的英语听说读写能力，法语能力优先，可接受全球流动。
- 良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力，具备风险意识和问题解决能力。
必备技能
- 财务软件操作能力
