Job description

职位概况

负责光电器件（LD、APD、SiPM、SPAD）封装设计与评测，开展性能参数测试、工艺评估及可靠性分析。

主要职责

设计并实施光电器件性能评测方案，输出测试报告。
研发测试平台、工装及光学结构，完成元器件选型与电路仿真。
评估封装工艺，进行可靠性测评与寿命预测。
分析失效原因，推动供应商整改并制定技术规格。
解决小批量、设计定型及量产过程中的技术问题。

任职要求

电子、物理、光学或半导体器件相关专业本科及以上。
熟悉半导体激光器或光电器件测试，了解主要性能参数及失效模式。
具备模拟前端电路设计经验，掌握Spice仿真。
熟练使用信号发生器、示波器、光功率计、光波长计等仪器。
熟悉LabVIEW、Python或MATLAB进行数据后处理。
