职位概况
负责为酒店住客提供行李搬运及相关服务，确保大堂卫生、安全和秩序。
主要职责
- 给酒店住客提供行李搬运
- 负责酒店大堂的卫生
- 负责酒店大堂的物品安全
- 负责酒店大堂的现场次序维护
- 协助住客叫车服务
- 换房客人的行李搬运及房卡更换
- 代客入房
- 行李寄存及取件
- 行李房的安全及卫生，物品摆放按照要求寄存
- 提供刷电梯和指引服务
- 提供外卖和快递配送服务
- 协助前台在退房高峰期和入住高峰期接待工作
- 熟悉前台基本业务，做好人员替补工作
