猎头助理负责协助资深招聘顾问进行人才寻访、甄选及全流程跟进，适合在校本科生，提供实践机会。

主要职责

协助资深招聘顾问开展人才寻访与甄选工作。
配合招聘团队完成候选人推荐与评估。
负责候选人从推荐到入职的全流程跟进。
完成带教顾问或团队leader交办的其他事项。

任职要求

在读大学本科，一周可出勤3天以上。
有招聘或销售类实习经验者优先。
在校担任学生干部者优先。
人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业背景优先。
