职位概况
我们招聘电话客服，主要负责通过电话回访学员，了解学习情况并提供帮助。工作时间为上午9:30-12:00，下午13:30-17:30，可根据需求安排周一至周日的班次。
主要职责
- 通过电话回访学员，记录学习进度和反馈。
- 解答学员在学习过程中遇到的常见问题。
- 将学员需求及时反馈给相关部门。
任职要求
- 普通话流利，表达清晰。
- 具备良好的沟通和倾听能力。
- 能够在办公室坐席工作，无需外出。
- 无销售压力，专注电话回访。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公电话系统。

- 日薪95元，另有提成和绩效奖金。
