职位概况
负责将业务需求转化为数据分析项目，利用 AI 与大模型技术提供专业报告和解决方案，推动数据价值落地。
主要职责
- 对接业务，梳理问题并输出分析报告。
- 运用机器学习、预测建模、数据挖掘等技术开展 AI 分析项目，如趋势预测、异常预警等。
- 参与集团数据资产盘点、指标体系建设，维护逻辑指标知识库。
- 深入理解核心业务场景，提取洞察并推动数据驱动决策文化。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，统计、计算机、数学等相关专业优先。
- 3 年以上数据分析经验，能够独立完成需求到交付全链路。
- 英语 CET-6 以上，能阅读技术文档并进行跨团队沟通。
- 良好的业务理解力和沟通能力，乐于探索新技术。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Python 与 SQL 进行数据查询、清洗和建模。
- 熟悉 BI 工具（帆软、PowerBI、Tableau）。
- 了解大模型（LLM）及机器学习相关方法。
