职位概况
负责车联网TSP、CRM云平台的整体架构规划与演进，主导从单体到微服务再到云原生的升级，支撑百万级车辆接入和海量行车数据业务。
主要职责
- 制定平台架构方案，推动微服务、云原生改造。
- 设计车辆接入网关、远程控车、OTA升级等核心系统。
- 解决高并发、低延迟、7×24高可用等技术难题。
- 统一技术规范，组织跨团队评审，确保代码质量。
- 构建车‑云‑端通信体系及大数据平台。
- 跟踪前沿技术，输出白皮书和创新方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，计算机或软件工程相关，5年以上后端架构经验，3年以上车联网平台经验。
- 熟悉微服务、分布式、高并发、高可用设计，掌握Spring Cloud Alibaba等技术。
- 具备海量数据处理经验，熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka、RocketMQ、TDengine/InfluxDB。
- 了解Docker、K8s、CI/CD、监控与日志体系。
