负责云业务相关的采购工作，涵盖IDC资源及公有云服务的采购执行，推动供应商管理与成本控制。

主要职责

负责云业务相关采购工作，包括IDC资源及公有云服务的采购执行。
开展供应商开发、评估与管理，建立优质供应商资源库。
实施采购成本管控，通过谈判、招标等方式优化采购价格。
跟踪云业务市场动态，分析行业趋势并制定采购策略。

任职要求

3年以上云业务或IT领域采购工作经验，熟悉IDC及公有云服务采购流程。
具备优秀的供应商管理能力及商务谈判技巧。
掌握云计算行业知识，了解主流云服务产品及技术架构。
