职位概况
负责关键生产设备的操作与管理，确保车间生产计划顺利执行。适合热爱农牧业并能接受夜班及区域调配的技术人才。
主要职责
- 操作中控系统及膨化制粒等关键设备。
- 指导并协调生产车间的生产计划与调度。
- 根据需求进行设备的日常检查与维护。
任职要求
- 粮食工程、机电、机械、电气、数控及自动化、食品、生物工程、畜牧兽医等相关专业。
- 热爱农牧业，积极主动，有进取心。
- 能够接受夜班及排班制工作模式。
- 能够接受区域调配。
必备技能
- 中控系统操作。
- 膨化制粒设备操作。
- 数控技术。
