职位概况
负责区域内人才发展与培训体系的整体规划与落地，推动人才梯队建设，提升组织学习能力。
主要职责
- 统筹区域人才发展项目，制定并执行培训计划。
- 开展部门店人才盘点，构建人才梯队。
- 担任领导力课程讲师，负责课程开发与授课。
- 协助区域人力资源负责人完成其他人力工作。
任职要求
- 具备区域人才项目统筹经验。
- 熟悉人才盘点及梯队建设方法。
- 能够独立制定并推动培训计划的实施。
- 拥有领导力课程授课及课程开发能力。
- 有零售行业培训背景者优先。
