职位概况

负责统筹区域人才发展项目，推动区域培训计划的制定与落地，提升门店人才梯队建设，支持区域业务持续增长。

主要职责

统筹区域人才发展项目，制定并执行培训计划。
进行区域内门店人才盘点，搭建人才梯队。
担任领导力课程授课讲师，具备课程开发能力。
协助区域人力负责人完成其他人力资源工作。

任职要求

具备零售行业培训经验者优先。
