职位概况
负责分析客户招聘需求，制定访寻计划，通过多渠道搜寻并推荐合适候选人，协助完成招聘全流程。
主要职责
- 分析客户职位需求，明确访寻标准。
- 制定访寻方向，列出目标公司名单。
- 利用系统库、招聘网站、社交平台及转介绍等渠道搜集候选人信息。
- 与候选人沟通职位详情，评估意向并向项目经理推荐。
- 维护并拓展候选人数据库，持续收集行业人才信息。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，专业不限。
- 接受实习生应聘。
- 对猎头或互联网行业有浓厚兴趣，热爱与人沟通。
- 表达流利，逻辑清晰，沟通顺畅。
- 具备目标感和进取心，敢于挑战，结果导向。
