职位概况
负责厨房原材料的初加工及配菜工作，确保食材新鲜、卫生，配合切配主管完成日常任务。
主要职责
- 进行蔬菜、肉类等原料的切丝、切片、切块等初加工。
- 按菜单要求配备各类原材料。
- 清洗并分类存放加工好的原料，保持新鲜度。
- 遵守卫生标准，确保食品安全。
- 协助切配主管完成其他安排工作。
任职要求
- 热爱餐饮行业，具备一定专业基础。
- 吃苦耐劳，为人踏实，遵守公司规章制度。
- 烹饪类相关专业，有餐饮实习经历者优先。
必备技能
我们提供
- 提供住宿和工作餐。
- 法定节假日、带薪年假。
- 根据学历提供不同薪资：中专实习生3000元/月，毕业生4000元/月；大专实习生3600元/月，毕业生4300-4500元/月。
