职位概况
负责围绕白癜风新药上市，制定并执行以患者为中心的多渠道数字化传播策略，推动短视频等内容运营，提升线上渠道闭环效果。
主要职责
- 协同制定并落地阿里健康、京东健康等电商平台的推广规划和日常销售策略。
- 统筹站内外（小红书、抖音等）整合营销，确保信息一致性并根据数据反馈优化投放。
- 搭建业务数据模型，挖掘增长机会，转化为可执行的运营指引。
- 梳理用户反馈，推动产品和服务的迭代升级。
- 提升团队执行力，优化资源利用效率，实现业务增长。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2-3年电商相关工作经验，有医药电商经验者优先。
- 熟悉电商平台运营、数据投放及商业分析，能够推动目标达成。
- 具备良好的数据分析与商业逻辑能力，能够高效协同平台数据团队。
必备技能
- 电商平台运营经验（阿里健康、京东健康）
- 数据分析与商业洞察能力
