我们正在寻找具备 Android 客户端开发经验的工程师，负责牛客APP 的架构设计与功能实现，提升产品性能与稳定性。
主要职责
- 负责牛客APP Android 客户端的整体架构设计与功能开发。
- 优化客户端性能，提升启动速度30%以上。
- 配合产品团队完成需求评审，确保项目按时交付。
- 维护现有代码库，降低线上 Crash 率至 0.1% 以下。
任职要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉 Java/Kotlin 编程语言。
- 掌握 Android SDK 核心组件。
- 了解 MVVM 架构模式并有实际项目经验。
