职位概况
负责酒店客衣的收集、清洗、传递及相关设备的操作，确保客衣整洁、及时送达客房。
主要职责
- 收集客房布巾并送至洗衣间。
- 操作平烫机、洗衣机，添加适量洗衣粉，控制温度、压力和水位。
- 确保机器及工作区域无残留布巾，保持整体清洁。
- 将清洗后的布巾送回客房或装卸机器。
- 及时向洗衣房经理报告卫生或安全隐患。
- 参加上级安排的培训会议。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够代表酒店与客人、同事及第三方交流。
- 能够遵守操作规程，确保设备安全运行。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够配合上下班班次。
必备技能
- 熟悉洗衣设备的基本操作。
