职位概况
我们正在北京寻找一位经验丰富的美容产品培训讲师，负责根据市场需求策划并实施产品培训，提升品牌影响力。该岗位需要与营销团队紧密合作，提供技术支持并解答产品相关咨询。
主要职责
- 根据市场需求，计划并执行美容产品培训。
- 收集市场产品销售难题及建议，及时反馈并提供解决方案，维护并提升品牌影响力。
- 解答营销人员的产品咨询，为相关技术问题提供支持。
- 配合产品推广、品牌建设及新品上市，开展产品示范和培训。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上化妆品行业相关工作经验。
- 性格开朗，具备良好的职业形象。
- 具备良好的演讲技巧、沟通协调、应变能力及亲和力，工作充满激情。
