职位概况
负责白癜风新药上市的数字化营销工作，以患者为中心制定多渠道策略，推动产品商业化。
主要职责
- 依据上市策略和业务需求，制定并执行患者导向的数字化营销方案，构建线上渠道闭环。
- 负责数字化项目的运营管理、跨部门沟通，确保项目高效运行并提供数据洞察。
- 持续收集并更新内外部客户洞察，迭代优化营销方案，跟进项目进展，保障合规性。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上医药行业创新数字项目经验。
- 具备互联网背景者优先。
- 乐于学习，探索新型创新解决方案。
- 具备项目管理及跨职能协作能力。
