职位概况
负责药品及医疗器材的配送作业，确保按照法规和公司SOP准时、准确、安全地将货品送达医院、诊所、药局等医疗通路，并提供优质的客户服务。
主要职责
- 依据公司标准作业流程（SOP），完成药品及医疗器材的日常配送任务。
- 确保配送时效、准确性及货品完整性，及时处理配送异常并上报。
- 协助客户进行点收、签收及相关说明，完成收款作业并确保文件准确。
- 填写每日配送记录、收款资料及相关报表，维护配送数据的完整性与可追溯性。
- 遵循药品与医疗器材相关法规及公司内部政策，参与不定期培训与流程优化。
任职要求
- 持有小型车驾照，能驾驶手排车。
- 具备客户服务热忱，细心且愿意学习。
- 无经验亦可，欢迎应届毕业生或二度就业者。
- 具物流运输相关经验或SAP系统使用经验者优先。
- 具良好团队精神。
必备技能
- SAP系统（英文界面）操作经验。
